KINNEY OOSTHUIZEN (Formerly Schnetler) Within a year of obtaining her law degree in 1988, Kinney had been admitted as an attorney and conveyancer, and established her own firm. She’s specialised in property development and planning law throughout her career. Any spare time she has is taken up with her Guest House and Conference Centre in Hout Bay, gym and table tennis.

DAVID ARTLETT Dave commenced his articles two years after matriculating, and qualified in 1974. He has three decades of property law experience behind him. When not running around in the interests of clients, he’s a long distance athlete, who has completed over fifty marathons, including ten Two Oceans.

BELINDA SCHOLTZ Belinda started off her career as a conveyancing secretary. Studying part-time, she obtained her degree in 2000, and was admitted as an attorney, and notary and conveyancer in 2002. She is a ward counsellor for Blaauwberg Sub council and also chairs her residents association. In whatever spare time is left, you find Belinda on the beach or gardening.

GEOFF RUDMAN Geoff graduated from the University of Cape Town in 1980, and was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in 1982. For good measure, he obtained an MBA ten years later. He’s our commercial law and litigation specialist and, after hours, a guitar and kite-surfing enthusiast.
